9S Mechanical 20th Anniversary Limited Edition The first blue model among the Grand Seiko Sport Collection ceramic models

Released as a limited edition model, this watch is the first to achieve the color of Grand Seiko Blue, which had been considered difficult due to the unique characteristics of zirconia ceramic. Since the differences in light intensity and light source cause complex tonal changes, wearers of this watch can enjoy a variety of expressions.
The case and bracelet are executed with a combination of high-intensity titanium and ceramic elements, ensuring robustness and supreme comfort.
The dial pattern is a special design exclusive to this model, based on the pattern adopted in other 9S Mechanical 20th Anniversary Models and finished in a powerful design unique to the Sports Collection.
Blue indexes and a blue steel GMT hand corresponding to the dial color are adopted, giving this model an all-blue design motif.
As befits an anniversary model, this watch houses the Caliber 9S86, the high precision 10-beat mechanical movement. It is a Grand Seiko Special Standard Model, delivering accuracy of +4 to -2 seconds per day. The anodized blue titanium oscillating weight with the gleaming Grand Seiko lion emblem in 18k pink gold, along with the “SPECIAL” logo mark at the 6 o’clock position on the dial, are testament to this enhanced accuracy.
