The building is a wooden structure, designed to be in harmony with the nature that surrounds it by the prominent Japanese architect Kengo Kuma. It houses an entirely new studio dedicated to the production of Grand Seiko mechanical watches.

BExhibition Area

The Exhibition Area showcases many of the hundreds of components that come together in the hands of the craftsmen and women to become a Grand Seiko watch. Here, you can also explore the history of Grand Seiko and the philosophy, The Nature of Time, that inspires its creations.

CClean Room

The Clean Room is the heart of the studio. It is here that the skilled craftsmen and women assemble and adjust, by hand, each Grand Seiko mechanical watch. Through the glass screen that ensures the dust-free working environment, you can watch them at work and see them bring the watches to life.
