Your watch is guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. To take advantage of this guarantee, all you need to do is to present the guarantee given by the authorized Grand Seiko dealer from whom the watch was purchased. If your watch requires a minor adjustment, strap replacement or battery change, it will be carried out at the nearest National Service Center. If a major overhaul or repair is needed, our Grand Seiko specialist watchmakers in the SEIKO Premium Watch Service Station in Japan will take care of your watch. |

As time goes by, it is possible that you may scratch your watch slightly. We hope this never happens, but if it does, we have a special polishing service available. You might like to have your watch polished when it is with us for a normal service. Please consult your Grand Seiko retailer for details.
