Unique moments in photographs from the heart of contemporary Tokyo
Tradition and innovation.
Carving out Tokyo time, from the distant
past into the future.
Tokyo, a city that transforms from district to district,
molding time in step with each locale.
A crossroads of glamour, atmosphere, and technology.
Photographer Gregory Harris captures modern Tokyo,
where all of these elements converge.

Evolution 9 Collection
Equipped with the Spring Drive U.F.A. (Ultra Fine Accuracy) movement,
this model exceeds expectations, measuring time with an accuracy not counted in seconds per day or month, but per year.
It realizes a new dimension of precision with an annual accuracy of ± 20 seconds.
The dial is created with the superb precision of a pressed pattern,
articulating the beauty of the frost-covered trees of Shinshu.
This region, home of all Spring Drive watchmaking, is known for its vast forests and crystal-clear snowfields.
GINZA
Tradition and innovation cross paths, creating a
beautiful and unique sense of time.
Ginza is the iconic quarter exemplifying Tokyo.
Here, we find rows of luxury brand boutiques, flanked by the Kabuki Theater and its centuries-long tradition, along with Sony Park – a building designed to convey newly emerging cultural offerings.
Add to this Seiko House, a landmark presence in Ginza and birthplace of the Seiko brand, as well as the nearby Hama-rikyu Gardens, which are imbued with the flow of elegant time in contrast with the constant din of the big city.
Ginza is a fabled district symbolizing luxury, culture, tradition, innovation, and other distinguishing elements of Tokyo.

This state-of-the-art model, the SLGB003, is equipped with the Spring Drive U.F.A. movement, which boasts an annual accuracy of ± 20 seconds.
Carrying on the history of Grand Seiko and its pursuit of unparalleled precision, this is a perfect partner for Ginza.
The glistening dial, crafted in the image of frost-covered trees, along with the highly wearable 37mm case size, generates a perfect match for the opulence and grace of the Ginza quarter.
